All Sales Final

Cooking With Volk merch is released in limited edition drops.

That means once it sells out, it’s gone for good. Because of this, all sales are final and we don’t offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

So please double-check your size and order details before checking out.

Why?

Each collection is made in small batches to keep things special, reduce waste, and make every drop feel exclusive.

We produce only what we need, not piles of leftovers. Meaning less waste, more intention, better pieces.

Sizing & Fit Tips

To help you choose the right fit:

• Check the size guide on each product page
• Compare measurements with your favourite tee or apron at home
• If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up

Faulty or Damaged Items

If something isn’t right, we’ll absolutely sort it. While we don’t offer returns for change of mind, quality issues are handled case-by-case. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email us within 2 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos

We’ll work with you to find the best outcome, whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Because every drop is limited, we can’t guarantee replacement stock will be available for exchanges, but we’ll always do our best to make it right.
