Thanks for shopping CWV, here’s everything you need to know about getting your limited edition gear delivered.
Processing Time
All sales are PRE-SALE. Orders will be shipped out week commencing 9th of Feb.
We will aim to get all orders out as quickly as possible. You will receive an order conformation when you place your order and a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped with a tracking number whereas you can track the progress of your order.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary by carrier and destination. We will select the fastest and most reliable carrier for your destination every time.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can watch the progress of your merch from our door to yours.
If you don’t receive tracking within a couple of days (post w/c 9th of Feb), email us and we’ll check it for you.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by your country. We offer a DDP (direct duties paid) option at checkout, whereas we will ensure your duties and taxes are included in your delivery fee.
That cost is the customer’s responsibility and only included in the product or shipping price if you select the duties paid option where applicable.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Happens sometimes.
If your tracking shows your order hasn’t moved for a while, or if it’s marked delivered but you haven’t received it, reach out to us.
We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and help you find the best outcome.
Delivery & Limited Stock
Because our products are limited edition and drop in small batches, we cannot guarantee replacement stock for lost or delayed orders.
We always do our best to help, but if an item sells out while your order is being sorted, we may offer:
